Terms of Use

Taking part

• You need a Google account to join. Each Google account can join an event once.
• Follow the event’s rules, the venue’s rules and the instructions of event staff.
• Each event also has its own consent form, which you accept when you join. If the two differ, the consent form decides how your photos are used.

Your photos

• Take your photos yourself at each checkpoint. Do not upload anything offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the event.
• Only include other people in your photos if they are happy to appear in them.
• By submitting a photo, you allow the organiser to use it as described in the event’s consent form, which can include commercial and marketing use without payment.

Rewards

• Goodies bags and other rewards are offered by the organiser while stock lasts, one per participant.
• Each claim QR code works once. The organiser may refuse a reward if a claim looks fraudulent or breaks these terms.

Fair use

Do not try to get around the checkpoints, use automated tools, interfere with Momen, or access accounts or data that are not yours. We may remove content or stop anyone who does.

Availability

Momen is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but mobile signal at venues varies and the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable. To the extent the law allows, eunoai is not liable for losses arising from using Momen, including photos that fail to upload.

Changes and governing law
